FILTERING FABRICS

Since 2021, PP "YAROSLAV", having technical capabilities, the company's specialists have mastered the production of filter fabrics for various industries, such as mining and enrichment, sugar, chemical, porcelain and faience, dairy, oil and fat. The range of fabrics produced by PP "YAROSLAV" includes fabrics made from natural raw materials - cotton yarn, synthetic fabrics made from polyamide threads and polyester yarn. The technological filtration process involves the operation of filter fabrics for filtration: separation of liquid and solid phases of products, suspensions, juices, oil, in the production of cheese.

As a technical fabric for air purification. In the chemical industry, it involves work in aggressive environments. (pH 0-10)

In order to improve the properties of filter fabrics made of polyamide threads and polyester yarn, heat shrinkage is performed. All fabrics are produced according to Technical Conditions, which are registered with the State Committee of Ukraine for Standardization, Metrology and Certification. They have a conclusion from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
