Dear customers and partners of the Yaroslav Concern!

Recently, cases of fraud using our name have become more frequent on the Internet. Criminals create fake Telegram and Viber channels, conduct fictional "promotions", "draws", "product testing" and other activities that have no relation to the Yaroslav Concern.

Please note:

The Yaroslav Concern DOES NOT have official Telegram channels and Viber communities.

Any channels, groups or accounts in these messengers that use our name, logo or product photos are fraudulent.

All official communication with customers is carried out exclusively through:

• phone calls from official numbers (listed on the website);

• e-mail with the domain @yaroslav.ua;

• SMS messages.

If you are offered to participate in a "draw", receive a "gift" or follow a suspicious link on behalf of the Yaroslav Concern in Telegram or Viber - do not follow the links, do not transfer personal data and do not make any payments.

We ask for your help! If you have discovered a fraudulent channel or account, please report it via the "Report" function (Report → Scam/Fake). The more complaints, the faster the attackers will be blocked.

Be careful and trust only official sources of information.
